Interchange Forum Registration Policy 
We understand that plans change. To help us create the best possible experience for all attendees while managing event commitments, the following registration policies apply. 
 
Registration Cancellations 
If you're no longer able to attend Interchange Forum, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to 20 days before the event, until 11:59 PM ET on September 18, 2026. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the deadline. 
 
After September 18, 2026, registrations become non-refundable due to venue, catering, and event planning commitments that are made on behalf of attendees. 
 
Registration Transfers 
Can't make it? We encourage you to pass your spot along to a colleague. 
Registration transfers are permitted until 11:59 PM ET on October 1, 2026. To arrange a transfer, please contact [email protected] with the replacement attendee's name, organization, title, and email address. 
 
Transfer requests received after October 1, 2026 may not be accommodated. 
 
Shared Responsibility 
The person registering is responsible for ensuring any approved registration transfer is completed before the transfer deadline. 
 
Interchange Forum is unable to facilitate or oversee private ticket sales or exchanges conducted outside of the official transfer process. 
 
Event Updates 
Interchange Forum is designed to foster meaningful dialogue and exchange. While every effort will be made to deliver the event as advertised, speakers, sessions, formats, and schedules may change as plans evolve. 

Changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule do not qualify for a refund outside the standard cancellation period. 
 
Should Interchange Forum be cancelled by the organizers, registrants will be offered either: 
  • A full refund of registration fees; or 
  • The option to transfer their registration to a future Interchange Forum event. 
Payment Processing 
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers. 
 
Photography & Recording Notice 
Interchange Forum is built around the conversations, connections, and ideas shared by those in the room. To capture and share the experience, photography, videography, and audio recording will take place throughout the event. 
 
By attending Interchange Forum, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, voice, or participation may be captured and used by Interchange Forum, BNP Inspire, and Blakely in event recaps, marketing materials, social media content, future event promotions, and other communications related to the Forum. 
 
Our photography and video teams will be moving throughout the event space. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate individual concerns, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all photos, recordings, or event documentation. 
 
If being photographed or recorded is a concern, please contact [email protected] before the event so we can discuss available accommodations. 
 
By registering for and attending Interchange Forum, you consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings as described above.
