Richard Plummer is a senior executive and fundraising strategist with over 20 years of leadership in revenue generation, nonprofit management, and organization capacity building. Currently a Vice President, Ontario and Western Canada at BNP Inspire, he helps organizations grow through innovative fundraising and strategic planning developments. Richard has held senior roles at the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association, United Way, YMCA-YWCA, the McConnell Foundation, and the Family Enterprise Network. As Principal of PLUMSolutions Consulting, he led transformative cause-related campaigns and built innovative resource development strategies for diversify and grow program delivery models. He also serves on national and regional boards and advisory committees advancing inclusion, social enterprise, and sector capacity building. Richard sits on the AFP Ottawa Board of Directors and is the Chair of AFP Ottawa Fundraising Day. Richard is known for building partnerships using ‘Collective Impact’ to foster mission-driven goals that generate measurable community impact.
