Jennifer Gray is a seasoned fundraising and philanthropy leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and securing transformational philanthropic support. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations including The Arthritis Society, Prostate Cancer Canada, and St. Michael's Foundation grow major and principal gift programs and strengthen donor engagement. At Toronto Humane Society, Jennifer leads philanthropic strategy in support of an ambitious vision to expand access to animal welfare services, strengthen community impact, and create lasting change for animals and the people who care for them.
